The vineyard is located in Saint-Hyacinthe and its surroundings, the vineyard Chateau Fontaine, has already 18,000 vine plants that are at the origin of the quality products of the same name and sold exclusively on order (450-799-2000).

The building also offers its basement to the production of the vineyard Chateau Fontaine, which is open to the public in order to educate visitors on the different processes of wine production (with reservation only). Located on the property behind the building, the vineyard adds charm and prestige to the area giving it a wonderful scenery and perspective

 

 

Created in 2002, the vineyard Chateau Fontaine has three wine varieties:

Sabrevois, is a red grape wine with typical fruity flavors.

Red Frontenac, is a very productive variety that earns to be discovered for its alloy properties which, when creating the wine, gives body, tannins and most importantly a taste that knows how to get attention of the every connoisseur.

Grey Frontenac, is another grape that knows how to give the finest experience. It is a white wine grape that can be creatively fermented in a fresh wine, which offers the possibility of ice wine or even a fortified white wine, such as white port
